Prosonix was delighted to win the best industrial poster award at Europe's premier conference and exhibition dedicated to pulmonary and nasal drug delivery, namely Drug Delivery to the Lungs - DDL20, which took place from Wednesday 9th - Friday 11th  December 2009, in its 20th year! In the absence of author and CTO, Dr Graham Ruecroft, senior scientist and co-author, and a very delighted Dr Dipesh Parikh took to the stage to pick up the award at the gala dinner in front of, not only Prosonix CEO, David Hipkiss, but many of the world's leading industrialists and researchers in this extremely important area of pharmaceutical science.

Given the fact that the poster sessions at DDL-20 were peer reviewed, this success once again emphasizes that Prosonix is now truly participating at the highest level when it comes to respiratory drug delivery, and importantly, its manufacturing technologies - and most notably UMAX® which featured in the winning poster - are set to revolutionise the manufacture of structured pharmaceutical products for respiratory care, particularly asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). A warm thank-you and seasonal best wishes are extended to all participants at DDL-20, and particularly our clients present and anyone who viewed the poster.
