Prosonix is developing a portfolio of enhanced respiratory medicines (mono and combination therapies) that could revolutionise the multi-billion dollar global market for inhaled therapies.

Prosonix has already demonstrated in vitro bioequivalence for a range of now directly substitutable generic products and best-in-class delivery for several novel therapeutic targets. It has also shown that these products can be delivered via a range of simple, cost-effective dry powder inhalers (DPI) and metered dose inhalers (MDI).

Prosonix innovative products have the potential to offer distinct and high value advantages to patients, physicians, healthcare providers and payors, and include:

• PSX1001 - A potent inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) in MDI for asthma

• PSX1002 - A long acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) in MDI for COPD

The broad applicability of Prosonix' technology to transform respiratory drug delivery means that its ability to generate new products extends well beyond its initial pipeline to other ICS, LABA, LAMA monotherapies as well as novel combinations.
