David Hipkiss - CEO

David is co-founder and CEO of Prosonix, and has 19 years experience in business development and international marketing of cutting edge technologies in high growth, complex, intellectual property-rich environments such as the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to setting up Prosonix in 2006 he held a number of senior positions with international responsibility in Accentus, Dow Chemicals, Ascot plc, ChiroTech, and Air Products and Chemicals Inc. David holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Graham Ruecroft - CTO

Graham is co-founder and CTO of Prosonix. He holds BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in chemistry and has over 25 years of research, development and scale up experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to setting up Prosonix in 2006 he was Head of Research and Development of the C3 Technology business of Accentus which he joined in 2003. He has held senior development positions in Ultrafine, Dow Chemical, Ascot, ChiroTech, Chiroscience, Enzymatix, and Ferring Reserach. His career to date is paralleled by the rapid growth and success, both technically and commercially, of the companies in which he has led the commercialisation of the scale up activities

Andy Bush - COO / CFO

Andy is COO / CFO and co-founder of Prosonix and has over 25 years' experience of international business management. Prior to setting up Prosonix in 2006 he held senior positions in two AEA Technology businesses in change management and business transformation roles and  enjoyed a highly successful 18 year career in BOC spanning technical, operations and commercial management and was responsible for winning several long-term, multi-million pound business contracts. Andy holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Administration. Andy is also a Chartered Engineer.  

Christian Jones - Business Development Manager

Christian has been Business Development Manager since 2006 with responsibility for USA, Canada and Europe. He holds first and Masters degrees in Chemistry and previously worked with Tripos Discovery Research and GlaxoSmithKline. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and plays active roles as Secretary of the SonoChemistry Group and committee member of the Industry and Technology Forum Executive Committee.

Ludovic Bonnet - Project Manager

Ludovic holds a Chemical Engineering Diploma followed by a PhD in Catalysis and Synthetic Chemistry. Ludovic previously worked with Bristol Myers Squibb and Evotec (now part of Aptuit) working in Process Development and Custom Preparation.

John Burns - Engineering Manager

John holds two degrees in Mathematics followed by a PhD in Chemical Engineering. He worked for eight years at Newcastle University developing equipment in the field of Process Intensification, then moved on to work for three years at Protensive Ltd. as Research and Development Manager. Whilst at Protensive, John was actively involved in the development of Spinning Disc Reactor technology.
