Jim Philips - Non Executive Chairman
Jim has over 20 years healthcare industry experience, and is a qualified physician with an   MBA from Cass Business School. Jim worked for Johnson & Johnson , and Novartis in senior executive roles, and was founder & chief executive officer of Talisker Pharmaceuticals Ltd, which was acquired by EUSA Pharma Inc in July 2006 giving investors a successful exit. Jim also took Bone Medical Ltd through its oversubscribed IPO in Australia in 2004 (as Chief Executive). Jim has held a number of other international board level roles including organizations such as West Sussex Health Authority, Lifegard Technologies Ltd, CRF Inc, Diabetology Ltd, EUSA Pharma Inc, OPi S.A. Jim has extensive experience in business development in pharmaceuticals, and in developing early stage ventures.

David Hipkiss - CEO
David was most recently General Manager of the C 3 Technology Business of Accentus that he established, and has 15 years experience in business development and international marketing of cutting edge technologies in high growth, complex, intellectual property-rich environments. Prior to joining Accentus in 2002, he held a number of senior positions with international responsibility in Dow Chemicals, Ascot plc, ChiroTech, and Air Products and Chemicals Inc.   David holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Andy Bush - COO
Andy was most recently Operations Manager of the C 3 Technology Business of Accentus, and has 22 years' experience of international business   management.   Prior to joining the C 3 team in 2004, he held senior positions in two AEA Technology businesses in change management and business transformation roles. Before that he enjoyed a highly successful 18 year career in BOC spanning technical, operations and commercial management and was responsible for winning several long-term, multi-million pound business contracts.   Andy holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, and is a Chartered Engineer He is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Andrew Paszkowski - Director
Andrew has over 25 years of general management experience in engineering, marketing and business development. He was a Project Director at Gulf Oil International and then joined Texaco as a Divisional Managing Director. In both he was responsible for executing major start-up projects. He joined Nova in 2003, as Portfolio Director for the LICA portfolio. Andrew has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, is a chartered engineer and holds a Master's Degree in International Marketing.

Angus Whitely - Director
Angus is co-founder and Managing Director of Solon Ventures Ltd, a UK-based venture capital firm focused on the life sciences and technology sectors. Before Solon, he was a Director of Thompson Clive & Partners Ltd, a venture capital group investing internationally in the same sectors. Angus has carried out a number of other roles, including providing technology analysis for Veritas Asset Management (UK) Ltd, a UK fund management group and assisting a family office in the management of its venture capital portfolio. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Arecor Ltd, Novalia Ltd and Peakdale Molecular Ltd. Angus has a law degree from Pembroke College, Cambridge.
